These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Harbr.ai, operated by Harbr Change ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Harbr.ai is an AI-powered change management platform that helps change professionals generate programme artefacts, track readiness, and build institutional knowledge. The platform uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate content based on information you provide.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at phil@harbrchange.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of all content you input into Harbr.ai ("Your Content"). By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about third parties (e.g. stakeholder names) is done in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Harbr.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate change management artefacts. You acknowledge that:
The Harbr.ai platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Harbr Change and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our written consent.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Harbr.ai, you consent to our data practices as described therein. Programme data you enter may be sent to Anthropic's API for AI processing — please do not enter data that your organisation's policies prohibit sharing with third-party AI services.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbr Change shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Harbr Change from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at phil@harbrchange.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
