Harbr.ai offers AI document generation powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When you generate artefacts, your programme data is sent to Anthropic for processing. To opt out, contact us at phil@harbrchange.com.
Our servers are located in the United Kingdom and United States. When data is sent to Anthropic or Vercel for processing, it may be transferred to the United States. We rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses to safeguard these transfers.
We retain your personal information for as long as you have an account with us. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data from active databases within a reasonable timeframe.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures including encrypted data storage (Supabase), row-level security, HTTPS encryption via Vercel, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.
